In partnership with the International Organization of Securities Commissioners (IOSCO) and Harvard Law School, PIFS delivers the Global Certificate Program for Regulators of Securities Markets (the GCP).
PIFS hosts Phase II of the GCP at Harvard Law School. Phase II is a week-long regulatory training program that is available exclusively to securities regulators from IOSCO members. The first phase of the Program is organized and hosted by IOSCO in Madrid, Spain.
The curriculum includes leading academics, regulators, and industry representatives to provide lectures, case studies, and discussions. Topics that have been covered in the past include corporate governance, enforcement, market structure, systemic risk, cross-border cooperation, and regulatory structure and strategies.
Phase II of the 2018 Global Certificate Program was held at Harvard Law School from December 3-7. PIFS and IOSCO are pleased to offer a limited number of full-tuition scholarships to regulators from emerging markets.
For further details regarding Phase II of the GCP and scholarship opportunities please contact Cecile DeWitt, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
