Digital Assets Program
On June 23-26, 2025, the Program on International Financial Systems (PIFS) and Harvard Law School Executive Education (HLSEE) arranged a four-day executive education program on “The Evolving Role of Digital Assets in the Global Financial System” at Harvard. This program was co-sponsored by the Harvard Kennedy School’s Digital Assets Policy Project.
The program was led by Professors Howell Jackson and Hal Scott (of Harvard Law School) and former CFTC chairman Timothy Massad. It also included computer scientist Tim Roughgarden (of Columbia University), former public officials such as William Hinman (SEC), and representatives of major market participants.
